Now thatYoung SheldonSeason 7 has a few episodes under its belt, the rumor mill is rife with theories dedicated to the rest of the series – especially the finale.
So far, a few key details have been confirmed by creators, includingaddressing George Cooper Snr.’s death, the return of Tam, and thephysical inclusion of adult Sheldon, played by Jim Parsons.

Adult Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy Cooper (Mayim Bialik) are now confirmed to appear in the Young Sheldon Season 7 finale – with some fans suggesting this confirms a theory that the entire prequel takes place in Sheldon’s head.
“Guess the theory that this show isadult Sheldontelling a story to his kids or writing a memoir is pretty much confirmed with their return announcement,” one fanmusedon Reddit.
Anotheragreed: “With the voiceovers every episode that had always been my assumption. Will be nice to see them though. I just hope they do this in a way that doesn’t overshadow the actors on the actual show Young Sheldon. The finale should still be focused on them.”
Though the announcement of Parsons’ return in particular has made a huge splash this week, that doesn’t mean it’s been a surprise for Young Sheldon andThe Big Bang Theoryfans.
