Dua Lipa set up a series of ‘New Rules’ in terms of dating with her hit single. While her ‘Training Season’ of, well, training men has seemingly ended, according toher music video, Lipa still sees hearts in her eyes.

Turner and Lipa werespotted in countless placesin the ensuing weeks, including afterparties for the Grammy Awards and the BAFTAs. Of course, they’ve also been seen on plenty of PDA-filled dates in Santa Monica and elsewhere, clearly enjoying each other’s company.
It’s currently unclear how the two met, butan interview with Rolling Stoneshed light on what she thinks about dating in Los Angeles.
“Dating, I think overall, is just a little confusing,” she said. “It’s either through friends of friends or people you trust where you can meet new people, because [dating] is not really so straightforward when you are, I guess, a public person.”
“Like the best day-after debriefs with your mates, we had a lot of laughs and it all quickly came together from there,” she said.
While the song encompasses the “feeling when you’re absolutely done with telling people – men specifically, in this case – how to date you right, it’s also about my training season being over and me growing with every experience,” she continued.
“I have never felt more confident, clear, or empowered. And while it may be that training season is never over for any of us, you start to see the beauty in finding that person to experience it with,” she concluded. “You stop looking for the trainees and become more interested in finding someone to grow with.”
For now, that special someone seems to be Callum Turner.
