Bravo’sBelow Deck Season 11is announced to make several changes within the cast lineup. The most important one is Captain Kerry Titheradge, who previously worked on Below Deck Adventure, to replace Captain Lee.
Along with the Captain, Anthony Icracane was chosen to join as the new chef on board St. David sailing around Granada, Spain. Anthony has had years of experience as a chef on luxury yachts but this would be his very first reality TV series.
The French chef revealed that private parties and food tastings are his specialty. Naturally, Below Deck viewers are curious to know more about the new face in the crew.

Anthony founded a French street food chain and food truck, in which he travels across the states serving his taste. The new reality star named his food chain restaurantSnackybaeand so far, he has traveled all across Florida.

Anthony also had experience working and cooking at the I Love This Boat Christensen luxury yacht, and describes himself as a chef who cooks with his heart and passion.
Anthony wants to “create emotions and memories” for the people he is serving through his cuisines.
In his personal life, the chef is a family man who likes to keep things private. He revealed that he is a married man, but so far, he has disclosed nothing about his wife and kids.
