The FA Cup is heating up after a fourth round full of exciting action and shocking upsets.
Non-league’s Maidstone United is the story of the competition so far as they defeated Championship high-flyers Ipswich Town to advance to the fifth round. Meanwhile, League Two’s Wrexham could secure a match with Premier League opposition if they can advance past Blackburn Rovers in a replay.
There are still seven more Championship sides vying to win the competition so the chances for underdog fairytales remains high going into the fifth round.
Here is all you need to know about the last 16 of the competition.
What are the FA Cup fifth round fixtures?
A selection of the eight fixtures in the FA Cup round will be selected for broadcast and those will be split between BBC and ITV in the UK. The televised matches have not yet been confirmed.
Though replays are in the FA Cup until the fourth round, they are no replays from the fifth round onwards. As a result, a winner must now be found on the day of the game and extra-time and penalties will be used to decide who advances if the game ends in a draw.
