One of the new features from NetherRealm in Moral Kombat 1 is Kameo fighters. These are characters who can briefly assist you in battle by extending your kombos and dealing some devastating damage.
There are a lot of Kameo fighters available in the game, from more recent characters and some returning faces who haven’t appeared in the franchise for a long while.

MK1 Kameo fighters explained
Kameos are additional fighters that players can pick in the character selection screen to occasionally help out during a fight alongside the main character in MK1.
So for instance, if you’re using Scorpion in a 1v1 fight against Sub-Zero, you can pick a Kameo fighter to join Scorpion’s side in battle. Then, during the match, the Kameo fighter will drop in and out with moves and special attacks to help further combos and break up the opponent’s offense.
There are a total of 15 Kameo fighters players can choose from in MK1 along with five other DLC Kameo Fighters that can be unlocked by purchasing theMortal Kombat 1 DLC.
