A bugged door is keeping some Diablo 4 players from progressing the Of Lambs and Wolves quest in Season 5.
The questline forSeason of the Infernal Hordesrequires players to complete about half a dozen missions, the first of which includes Of Lambs and Wolves.
While the quest itself should prove simple enough, players have already encountered a bug that stops them in their tracks. The glitch rears its head once the game tasks players with approaching a reinforced door.
Though the interaction requires nothing more than a button press, several users have reported that the door is bugged and will not let them progress.
Theissue isn’t exclusive to one platform, either. Fans onRedditandBlizzard Forumssaythey’ve encountered it on PC, PS5, and Xbox.
One person in the forums lamented, “Bummer that this is the second step in the very first quest of the season and it is not behaving properly.”
Temporary fix for Diablo 4 Of Lambs and Wolves bug
At the time of writing, Blizzard developers have yet to address the glitch in question, so there’s no word on when the community can expect a patch to resolve it.
However,Diablo 4 playershave identified a temporary solution that lets them interact with Of Lambs and Wolves’ reinforced door.
For some players, exiting the game and logging back in works. Teleporting to another location and fast-traveling back works for others.
However, oneReddituser claimed the bugged door wouldn’t bug until they performed the following workaround: Teleport back to town, untrack the quest, re-track it, and then take the portal back to the quest area.
Notably, this Of Lambs and Wolves error isn’t the only bug affecting Diablo 4 Season 5. Players have also encountered aglitch that lets them jump several levels ahead. Yet another hiccupunintentionally carried over Tempering Manuals, though developers are “letting this one slide for Season 5.”
