Since its launch,Warzone‘s audio has always been a hot topic of discussion amongst its player base, with each newCODtitle integration seemingly hampering the experience.

That said, the developers have been exceedingly active regarding audio balancing, as numerous patches have addressed the issue to quell player concerns.Season 2’s arrival brought much-needed audio improvementsto parachutes, ascenders, and enemy Redeploy Drones.

In the heat of the moment, audio cues like reviving can be pampered out quite easily. The patch attempts to quell those issues, with increased volume and new sounds. There’s also the unique cue that plays for players using medic vests, a new introduction via MW3’s integration.

As mentioned with the Season 2 release, Raven Software, and Sledgehammer Games will continue to monitor audio for any improvements. Season 2 Reloaded’s updates are a step in the right direction it seems.

Season 2 Reloaded starts March 6 at 9 AM PT | 12 PM EST, with changes also hitting MW3 and Zombies.
