Tower of God Season 2 is on track for release this summer, and a recent tease has revealed some changes to the animation that fans have found very welcome.

Sequences were missing a certain level of flow that prevented the series from competing with the likes of Demon Slayer or Jujutsu Kaisen. Thankfully,Tower of God Season 2seems to be rectifying that.

Now four years since the premiere, that time appears to have gone into getting everything to the next level in terms of quality, and the audience are already invested.

Though short, it’s enough to have relieved some worries about the end product. “Finally some quality animation for this peak season,” says one user on YouTube. “I am surprised to not be disappointed,” acommenteron Reddit added.

The first season was handled by Telecom Animation Film, a company with a long number of credits, including some very familiar to English-speaking territories like Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker and Shenmue: The Animation.

Some fans are speculating that this next season is with someone else. Certainly, the length of time for new episodes might suggest a change of hands, but longer wait times are normal in anime, too.
