In fact, the only pair that started a relationship while filming who are going through parenthood together now areSeason 2’s Emily Millerand Cam Holmes.
Too Hot To Handle’s Emily expecting second child
On January 22, both Emily and Cam spoke withGrazia Dailyabouttheir second pregnancy, with Emily reiterating just how thankful she is to be expecting.
She said, “This pregnancy came as a surprise which I just took as a sign – it’s my rainbow baby. It was a miracle after having an ectopic pregnancy, as I never knew if I was going to get pregnant again.”

The reality TV star admitted that due to the tragedy of their first pregnancy, she was concerned about her and her baby’s health this time around.
“I was getting a few pains here and there, and it reminded me of the pains from before. It was a nerve-wracking time. But I’m just so happy that we are over that hurdle and I’m nearly halfway through my pregnancy now,” she told the outlet.
