Shin and Heisuke have talent but lack experience and their skills are still incomparable to fighting the Order members and X. Taro is not as skillful as before after living a carefree life for five years.
JAA will keep sending more assassins their way and they need to be ready for that. Furthermore, it’s unclear what Nagumo’s next move will be after he was expelled from the Order. However, he will most likely continue to be with Taro’s group and find a way to stop their enemies.
