Tom’s law firm Girardi & Keese was accused of embezzling settlement funds from victims in the Lion Air Flight 610 crash, along with many other cases.

Instead of paying back the victims he was representing, Tom used the money to fund Erika’s lavish lifestyle.

On February 12, The Housewife and the Hustler 2: The Reckoning premieres on Hulu, where Erika will meet with the victims who were affected by Tom’s lawsuits.

In the trailer posted byABC News, the story continues as more people speak out and condemn Tom’s actions.

When the victims come face-to-face with Erika for the first time, they ask her why it took so long to reunite with them.

“I was never asked to do this,” Erika replied. “Nobody was really interested in my side of the story.”

Although Erika has made some strides with her legal battles over the past few years, she still has a long way to go.

The RHOBH star’s divorce from Tom hasn’t been finalized yet, and his health is currently declining.

On RHOBH Season 13, Erika received the news that her diamond earrings worth $750,000 were not paid for with the settlement money, but she wasn’t able to keep them.

However, the RHOBH cast is still upset with Erika because they believe she hasn’t directly apologized to the victims for her part in the lawsuit.

The Housewife and the Hustler 2: The Reckoning premiers on Monday, February 12 on Hulu.
