Best moveset for PvP
Mega Absolis one of the most wanted Mega Evolutions inPokemon Go, so if you already have it or are planning on catching one during its comeback to the game, here’s its best moveset for PvP and Raid battles.
Mega Absol is part of the manyMega Evolutionsthe game has in store, such as fan favoritesMega Gengar,Mega Steelix, and more.
Mega Absol’s best moveset forPvP encounters consists of Snarl as a Fast Move and Dark Pulse as a Charged Movewith 19.53 damage per second and a solid 349.7 total damage output before it faints.
With only two Fast Moves, going for Snarl becomes an obvious choice as it’s the only one out of the two that benefits from STAB. Plus, for only a little bit more energy, you can have almost three times the amount of damage than with Psycho Cut.
Mega Absol has access to so pretty solid Charged Moves. However, they are very expensive energy-wise except for Dark Pulse. This attack deals high damage for only half the cost, so go for it.
In case you can access a secondary Charged Move, use Megahorn, as it is a powerful nuke that will expand the Pokemon’s coverage too.
The best moveset you can teach Mega Absolfor Raids is also Snarl as a Fast Move and Dark Pulse as a Charged Move.
As mentioned above, out of both Fast Moves, Snarl is superior to Psycho Cut due to energy cost, damage, and STAB.
Out of all the Charged Moves Mega Absol has, going for a Dark type is the right move, as it’ll benefit from STAB and will pair nicely with Snarl. Between Dark Pulse and Payback, the first option is the overall best, as it costs half the energy and deals almost the same damage.
This beautiful creature hastwo Fast Moves and six Charged Movesavailable in its pool, which range from Dark to Psychic to even Electric and Bug-type.
