Trainers must battle Dusk Mane or Dawn Wings Necrozma and defeat it to earn an encounter with base Necrozma. Then, collect Fusion energy to combine Solgaleo or Lunala with Necrozma and utilize the powerful new forms.
In Pokemon Go Fest, most of the creatures that will appear throughout the event will appear based on what habitat one is located. However, there are Pokemon that will show up, regardless of habitat.

The most notable of the bunch isKlefki. Klefki is a regional-exclusive Pokemon, found only in France and surrounding areas during non-event hours. But for Go Fest New York City, the Steel/Fairy-type will be available in North America for a limited time.

All ticket holders attending the event can also enjoy the following bonuses,between 09:00 AM and 07:00 PMon their ticketed day.
Additionally,those who win Ultra Beast Raid Battle will be among the first to encounter Shiny Buzzwole, which makes its debut during the NYC event.
