Report claims Nvidia custom chip is in the works
A report fromReutersclaims that the Switch 2 will be using an “Nvidia custom design” chip to power the Switch 2. Considering that we havepreviouslyheard that the Switch 2 will be able to use features like DLSS 2 super-resolution and DLSS 3.5 ray reconstruction, this isn’t much of a surprise, but more of a confirmation of what we have already heard before.
With the rumored reveal of the next-gen console set for March, it’s looking more likely than ever that we’ll get a glimpse at Nintendo’s potential new console sooner rather than later.
