An Xbox console refresh is finally on its way as Microsoft has officially announced when we can expect the brand-new all-digital, white Xbox Series X.

The new version of theSeries X consoledoes away with the disc tray. Along with its digital-only offerings, it also comes in a “Robot White” colorway, making it even more similar to the Xbox Series S.
When the refreshedXbox Series X first leaked, it was suspected the new console would “have a few of its components upgraded”, namely the console’s heatsink.
However, the official page for the upcoming console shows no indications of any upgrades, besides the absence of a disc tray and new coat of paint.
The brand-new Xbox Series X will be available for $449.99 at launch, from theofficial Xbox websiteand other trusted retailers.
Two more new versions
Alongside the new Xbox Series X, Microsoft is also launching two additional Xbox console versions.
These include a special edition “Galaxy Black” 2TB Xbox Series X, which features a star-patterned design. The stellar pattern continues to the D-pad for the accompanying wireless Xbox controller and will be available for $599.99.
Lastly, a 1TB Xbox Series S is also on its way for $349.99. However, there’s no fresh look to be seen, just an improved storage capacity over the 512GB of the existing model.
According tothe Verge, Microsoft states that each console “will be available in all current Xbox hardware supported regions and markets.”
However, if you’re in the US and eager for a new Xbox to prepare for games likeIndiana Jones and the Great Circle, all three newly announced Xbox consoles are currently available to pre-order.
