LEGO Taj Mahal gets price reduction
The LEGO-reimagined Taj Mahal is intricately detailed. It features a host of authentic elements making it look true to the original that was commissioned in 1931 by the fifth Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan.
The brick-built version of the ivory-white marble mausoleum features a bulbous main dome, and a quartet of chhatris. There are also four minarets, each sited at corners of the grounds.
Removing the central chamber reveals the crypt below. The latter features tombs of Shah Jahan and his wife, Mumtaz Mahal, and a duo of cenotaphs.
What’s more, thanks to its intricate detailing and size, this set will look beautiful on display, whether it’s in your home or office. Standing eight inches tall and measuring 10 inches wide and deep, it is undoubtedly worthy of centerpiece status.
