YouTube star KSI has finally revealed the bizarre text he received from English football star Wayne Rooney at 4 am asking him for a boxing fight.
KSIhas helped shapeinfluencer boxinginto what it is today, with more influencers than ever putting on their gloves andstepping into the ring.
However, it’s not just YouTubers and TikTokers stepping into the ring, with more athletes from other sports such as football and the NFL all hopping on the bandwagon.
That also includes Wayne Rooney, with the former Manchester United star looking to go blow-for-blow with KSI for a hefty bit of cash.

“Hi mate what you think of me and you having a boxing fight,” the message read. “I think we could generate a lot of money, you up for it.”
Rooney added: “We could sell out a stadium with the right support and both make good money.”

However, ‘The Nightmare’ isn’t up for the challenge just yet, as he wants to see the 38-year-old football star prove himself in the ring first before agreeing to fight.
Earlier in February, Rooney revealed in a podcast alongside former Manchester United teammates Gary Neville, Roy Keane, and Jamie Carragher that he’sbeen in touch with Misfits regarding a potential boxing debut.
Suggested opponents such as HSTikkyTokky have been thrown into the mix. But, we’ll just have to wait and see if he steps into the ring following his recent stints managing clubs.
