JerryRigEverything has taken to Twitter/X to slam the platform’s monetization value just weeks after MrBeast revealed massive success on the site.

Some users have found themselves bringing home large checks each month, while others are bringing home quite a bit less than on other major platforms.

YouTuberJerryRigEverything is one of those making less than he’d like, and he shared his thoughts about Twitter/X monetization in a post.

JerryRigEverything slams Twitter/X monetization

“With some semi viral 17.6 Million impressions here over the last 70 days. With all those impressions, X has paid me about $2 a day to post here. ($187.66 total),” he explained.

Jerry went on to explain that the same views on YouTube would have earned at least $17,000 and that there’s “definitely no money” in creating content for X.

The YouTuber added: “Not apples to apples obviously. X is definitely a fun place to shoot the breeze, but for an average non-boosted account like mine, there’s definitely no money in creating content specifically for X. I could make more money selling lemonade on a street corner in winter.”

This might get me banned, but….I’m no@MrBeast. I do however consider myself a ‘professional’ content creator. With some semi viral 17.6 Million impressions here on@Xover the last 70 days. With all those impressions, X has paid me about $2 a day to post here. ($187.66…pic.twitter.com/CEKbolePpB

JerryRigEverything’s tweet talking about Twitter/X’s monetization comes just weeks after MrBeast revealed the full earnings from posting one of his previous YouTube videos on the platform.

Video revenue is configured quite a bit differently than tweets, but it’s still proof that Twitter/X has methods in place to pay creators significantly more.
