Fire Country Season 2 isn’t on Netflix… yet
Things are heating up as Fire Country approaches Season 3, but its streaming pattern is mixed, meaning many are wondering where they can watch Season 2.
As is par for the course with emergency-ledTV shows(such as police procedurals, hospital dramas, and the like), Fire Country quickly gained a loyal following, despite allegations of misrepresentation from the real-life Cal Fire.
Season 1 justarrived on Netflixearlier this month, leading many to wonder if Season 2 will get the same treatment. Here’s what you need to know.
There’s no news on whether Fire Country Season 2 is coming to Netflix– for now, it’s just the first season that’s available on the platform.
Thestreaming servicelayout for Fire Country is a little convoluted. Primarily, the show airs on CBS, and can be streamed after the fact on Paramount+.
But on August 1, the entire first season was added to Netflix. This is because Paramount is now open to making non-exclusive streaming deals for TV shows under their banner, which means Fire Country (and others) might be able to find homes elsewhere.
So while Fire Country Season 2 doesn’t have a Netflix release date just yet, it’s perfectly possible that this may happen in the near future, potentially even ahead of Season 3.
You can stream Fire Country Season 1 on Netflix now, and stream the entire show up to now on Paramount+.
The third season will air on CBS from October 18, then become available on Paramount+ afterwards.
