Cartoon to live-action remakes have been a popular trend in the last year, with one more title possibly being added to the fold.
If there’s one thing we love more thanwatching cartoons, it’s watching live-action remakes of our favorite animated stories.
However, there might be another iconic title from the 2000s joining the ranks soon – and fans are already divided.

Danny Phantom originally aired around the same time as other iconic cartoons including Spongebob Squarepants, Fairly Odd Parents, Jimmy Neutron, and the female counterpart Kim Possible.
“FR! Oh this is the biggest W ever!!!,” one fan posted on X/Twitter in response to the news. “Let’s go! Hopefully it’ll be good,” added another.
For many fans, the execution of how Danny Phantom could transform into a live-action movie is an immediate concern.
“Can’t wait to see how bad they mess this up,” one fanadded, with a secondcommenting, “Oh god no. They’re gonna ruin it.”
“This would be fire if they executed it well,” a thirdweighed in. “As long as they do it right this could turn out to be a great movie. But only time will tell,” a fourthstated.
As popular as Danny Phantom was in the 2000s, other fans can’t help but wonder if the live-action treatment would be better suited to other iconic cartoons.
