The MORS sniper rifle returned to COD in Season 3 of MW3 and Warzone. With Season 3 behind us, here’s how you can unlock the long-range gun.

For those who have been around Call of Duty for a while, the MORS will serve as a big throwback to a completely different time, as the most popular sniper in the divisive Advanced Warfare.

Its return shook up the meta after players found out theMORS could ridiculously piercethrough walls and solid objects. Despite a fix addressing the previous issue, it rose to the top of thesniper meta, which has beendominated by the XRK Stalkerand KATT AMR for some time.

When it arrived in Season 3, the requirement saw players advance through the Battle Pass to unlock the MORS, however, it’s now unlockable through theArmory Unlocksystem. Activate the MORS unlock, andcomplete five Daily Challengesto earn the sniper rifle.

These five challenges can be done in any of MW3’s core modes or in Warzone. The MORS has 19 weapon levels to progress through and is described as follows:

“An advanced form of sniper warfare, the Military Operated Rail Sniper (MORS) is a one-shot beast, offering high damage with exceptional handling. Distance is an afterthought with this long-range and accurate Sniper Rifle with what might be the perfect combination of accuracy and damage. The weapon has single-round devastation with a reasonably rapid reload rate.”
