Raids can make your base catch on fire, but don’t panic. Make sure you know how to put out fires in Palworld with these quick and easy methods.
You’ve probably seen clips showing what would typically happen during raids inPalworld. The sheer horror ofseeing a well-maintained base inevitably burn downto ashes as chaos ensues is something nobody wants to experience in the game.
Or maybe you’ve experienced it yourself and have to start everything all over again. Either way, bases can catch fire inthe game, regardless of how fancy or resourceful they look.
Luckily, there are ways to quickly deal with wooden structures getting on fire. Check out how to put out fires in Palworld to protect your precious base.
How to put out fires on your base in Palworld
There are two easy ways to put out fires in Palworld. The first one requires you to have Water-type Pals nearby.Fuack, Penking, or Celeray are the ones you’d usually find in the wild when you’re just starting out, and it’s best to have a few of them in your base just in case.
Outside of watering your crops, thesewater Palscan also help you put out fires when placed near the burning structure. Your base can likely be saved if the fire hasn’t spread too much.
There’s another method to put out fires, though this briefly breaks the immersion. For this, you’ll need to go to Build mode and deconstruct parts of your base that are on fire. Whatever you deconstruct will be gone along with the flames.
If you’d like to avoid getting your base caught in the flames, building a stone or steel base is recommended. While these materials can still get damaged during raids, they’re more durable and won’t catch on fire, unlike wood.
It does require some work getting all the materials, and if you’re not too keen on that, you can also justturn off raids from the game’s settings. Thankfully, the settings can be edited regardless of how far you’re into the game. So, if you change your mind later, feel free to turn it back on.
