Yes, players can find a Shiny Monferno in the game. However, they won’t find it as Monferno per se, as this Shiny version won’t spawn in the wild or Raid battles.
What players looking for a Shiny Monferno can do is capture a Shiny Chimchar and evolve it with the help of 25 Candies.
