To evolveBegon into Shelgon, you need to feed it 25 Candy. To then turnShelgon intoSalamence, you have to use an extra 100 Candy.
Once you have Salamence, you can gather300 Mega Energy to evolve it intoMega Salamence.After that first Mega Evolution, the required Mega Energy will drop to 60, then 30 and finally 15.
