The highly anticipatedFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthhas finally launched on PS5, but how long is the game? Here’s how much time you can expect to spend in part 2 of the Remake trilogy.
With the Final Fantasy 7 Remake ending on a very pivotal and tragic moment from the original, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth was always destined to take Cloud and the gang out of the Sector 7 slums and into the wider world of Gaia. Like in the original FF7, this is where the story really begins, andthe gametruly opens up. As a result, FF7 Rebirth is far more of anopen-worldRPG than its predecessor, so expect it to take much longer to complete.
Below, we’ll detail how long Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is, its main story, side quests, and any other additional content that’s been added to the second game in the FF7 remake series. Rebirth is a vast game, even dwarfing theoriginal and Remakein scope, and don’t forget, it’s also only part two in a trilogy of games that reimagine the events of Final Fantasy 7.
How long is Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth?
The main story of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will take roughly40 hoursto complete. However, many of theside quests will take an additional 10 hours. Should you explore every single inch of Gaia and engage in all the game’s content, you could be looking atover 60 hours until you complete everythingin FF7 Rebirth.
This is easily over 20 hours longer than the Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Also, bear in mind, that this is only based on what we know so far, FF7 Rebirth may have even more content and end up being even longer than we know.
