Public transportation has been a feature in many GTA games, with players being able to take the subway and taxis – but in GTA 6, you might even be able to take the city bus.

In posts onRedditand GTAForums, users noted that a bus stop is clearly visible in the trailer with a group of people standing by it, possibly waiting to get on.

“I noticed that the bus stop sign is a bit TOO detailed for something we can’t use. Big and visible with the words looking like they’d actually be legible,” a user explained.

The poster went on to reference media reports about how prior GTA games such as IV were supposed to have aworking bus networkthat players could use, but was scrapped in the final version of the game.

Players seemed mixed on the idea of taking a bus in-game, with some saying, just like gas stations, it would be too realistic and turn GTA into a real-life simulation, while others welcomed the concept.

“Bus system for fast travel would be cool, like trains inRDR2,” someone remarked.

“That would honestly be really cool [and] a really nice detail. Maybe they can make it kind of like a taxi job, where you can also get in a bus and pick up people and drop them off in places,” said another.

So far, Rockstar hasn’t confirmed whether or not GTA VI will feature a bus system, but with the game being the studio’s most ambitious project yet, it certainly isn’t out of the question.
