Now, it’s added a popular but under-appreciated series to its library – and it’s quickly made its way onto the top 10 chart.
Resident Alien debuts on Netflix top 10 chart
Resident Alien is number eight on Netflix’s top 10 TV shows in the US. Check out the full chart below:
It’s garnered critical acclaim across its run: Season 1 has a 94% Rotten Tomatoes score, while Season 2 has a perfect rating of 100%, making its average score 97%.
“A show I’ve thought was fantastic, but just not in the right places to get the exposure it deserves just hit Netflix, so y’all check out Resident Alien. It’s funny AF,” one usertweeted. “Resident Alien is on Netflix? F**k yeah! I’ve been wanting to watch this for a while,” anotherwrote.
“The lengths I had to go to when I wanted to watch Resident Alien and it wasn’t streaming anywhere and now it’s on Netflix. You lucky ducks, those of you just finding the show now,” a thirdposted. “Anybody else watching Resident Alien on Netflix, if you’re not… tune in this sh*t is hilarious,” a fourthwrote.
Season 3 recently premiered on Syfy too, so you can pivot there once you’ve binged the first two seasons on Netflix.
