Twitch streamer Fanfan accused fellow broadcaster Alinity of breaking the platform’s terms of service and was surprised to see that she wasn’t banned.

On August 7, prominent streamer Fanfan was checking out popular Twitch clips and stumbled across avideo of Alinitywho took pads out of her shirt.

“As someone who has adequately reviewed the Twitch TOS, if you know that your nples are out, you’re not allowed to have them showing through your top if you’re aware of it. The only time it’s okay to show your nples through your top is when you are unaware and it’s an accident,” Fanfan said.

Twitch’sCommunity Guidelinesalso have strict rules on what can be shown or focused on on stream.

The original clip from Alinity is from August 1, and Twitch hasn’t taken any action against the streamer since then.
