Dragon Ball Ball Hour has managed to upset the fandom by refusing to stream panels revealing new info about Sparking Zero and the upcoming Daima anime.

After its reveal at New York Comic Con, new details aboutDragon Ball Daimaare set to be revealed at Battle Hour along with the fighting gameSparking Zero, but only for those lucky enough to be in attendance.

Shortly after Dragon Ball revealed the slate forBattle Hour, multiple applications to attend the event were received, prompting the organizers to issue a statement.

“We’ve been receiving many applications to attend this event. Thank you very much for your support!” they said. “This event will be held offline at the Los Angeles Convention Center. There will be no live streams on the day of the event.”

Naturally, this has the community enraged like Broly with many believing these policies are just outdated.

Following the announcement, fans flocked to the comments to voice their frustration with the event.

“Classic. Get us excited as possible for Dragon Ball’s future. Tell us you’re finally gonna talk about your biggest projects and at the last minute tells us we aren’t gonna be able to see and listen to it,” slammedanother.

Others referenced prior events, such as the Daima panel at New York Comic Con and how it wasn’t streamed either, much to the chagrin of those who expected the show to be broadcast live to the world.

“First it was NYCC with Daima, now the biggest event that had always been online every year? Who is making these decisions?”remarkedanother baffled fan.

Luckily, the panels are set to be filmed and uploaded after the event, but that just isn’t enough for those who want to experience all the action live.
