A Chick-fil-A customer was furious after she was given a heart-shaped biscuit instead of the chain’s round biscuit.
Chick-fil-Acustomer Kimmy B took toTikTokto express her frustration over their Valentine’s Day heart-shaped biscuits.
Though the heart biscuits are limited edition and won’t be around for long, Kimmy was nonetheless upset about how much smaller the biscuit was.
Viewers of Kimmy’s viral TikTok have since reacted, saying they too, felt “robbed.”
Chick-fil-A customer felt a piece of her biscuit was missing
To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Chick-fil-A came out with heart-shaped biscuits and has done away with their typical round biscuit.
Since the heart shape meant a piece of the center was missing from the biscut,Kimmy expressed that she was being ripped off.
As she was showing viewers the size difference in the heart-shaped biscuit, she could be heard complaining, “I feel like a piece of my bread is missing.”
Kimmy continued, “I would like this piece of the bread. I don’t need this piece of the bread taken out to make a heart-shaped biscuit, Chick-fil-A. Give me the rest of the bread please,” as she pointed to the part that was missing.
Viewers of Kimmy’s TikTok understood where she was coming from, commenting, “Felt the same way yesterday morning was so upset.”
And, “RIGHT!! We need to choose that option lol,” as well as, “Girl same, I feel robbed.”
Others thought her reaction was hilarious, saying the “conviction” in her voice was enough to send them over the edge laughing.
As for Chick-fil-A’s heart-shaped biscuits, customers can expect to see them until at least Valentine’s Day on Wednesday, February 14.
