Warrior climbs Netflix chart after cancellation

Since arriving on the streaming service, Warrior is currently working its way up the Top 10 shows chart on Netflix, reaching the sixth spot on February 18.

Set during the Tong Wars in 1870s San Francisco, Warrior follows a martial arts prodigy who travels from China in search of his sister. With plenty of action and adrenaline pumping the story forward, it proved to be unforgettable to audiences.

Since the show’s Netflix premiere, viewers have been taking to social media to praise the series.

“Warrior has now hit Netflix. Do not sleep on this show!! Great cast. Incredible fights. Insightful dialogue. Cool female chars. Peaky Blinders but make it Bruce Lee,” wrote oneX user.

“Warrior got put on Netflix and I’m already seeing more buzz about it in the last 12 hours then I did in the two years it’s been on streaming on Max,”said another.

Other fans are rallying to get a bigger audience, hoping that a spike in popularity will be the key to getting a fourth season.

“Warrior is on Netflix! 3 seasons. Make it a priority for your weekend binge so we can get a 4th season,” oneperson wrote.

“I hope with the availability on @netflix, more people are able to find the joys of #Warrior so all us diehards get a 4th season & beyond…” saidanother.

It wouldn’t be the first time fan power has brought a show back from the dead. So, if Warrior sounds like your bag, be sure to head over to Netflix now!
