Many of the eagle-eyed viewers who caught the sneak peek were excited, especially with the character’s design. “Why’s it look like an evil Valkyrie,” one replied eerily noting the similarities between both Skirmishers.
Season 20 won’t launch with a new Legend, meaning it’ll be some time before we have any indicator of who this character could be. That said, recent leaks point to it possibly being “Cave”a Legend with a wall-portal ability, with this ability a popular talking point for quite some time.
If true, it could lead to some interesting strategies and techniques as players find ways to outplay each other, or even break the game itself with out-of-bounds plays.
Again, it’ll be some time before any information comes out, but at least this sneak peek will be enough to keep Apex Legends fans glued to the future of the title.
