Oneya Johnson, known professionally as Angry Reactions has responded to a recent incident in which he was arrested for felony domestic violence.
The content creator recently became embroiled in controversy when it wasreported by TMZthat he wasarrested for felony domestic violence. Details around the incident were sparse and all that was known is that the woman involved did not require any medical attention.
Angry Reactions has since uploaded a video to hisYouTube channelin which he attempts to clarify the situation. In the video, he professes his innocence and claims that the incident was one of self-defense on his part.
In the intro of the video, Angry Reactions berates commenters on social media and publications covering the situation for “Destroying my character”. Citing the lack of information about the event as the reason for their dismay, they go on to explain their side.
“This was a situation of me getting attacked, by a woman, and defending myself,” they said. “I was being attacked by a woman and the slightest bit of defense landed me in jail.”
Angry Reactions also revealed that the woman involved had not pressed charges and actively requested that he not be taken to jail. Despite this, officers at the scene still apprehended him.
He also called out people who had branded him with terms like “abuser” and “woman beater”. “All of the positive content I put out into the world and I couldn’t even get the benefit of the doubt?” he asked.

Since the incident, Angry Reactions claims to have lost numerous friends and business opportunities despite the lack of clarity. “I done lost a lot of things in these past 24 hours. All off of an accusation,” he said.
He perceives himself to have been “immediately crucified” and insists that people have gotten the story wrong. “I’m innocent. I’m not what everybody think I am.”
