The franchise was previously accused of mistreating and pushing the Housewives into drinking in the Vanity Fair article, which is now known as the ‘Bravo Reckoning‘.

Leah has sued Andy Cohen and Real Housewives production claiming they used her past issues with alcoholism to farm for more ‘interesting content’.

They encouraged her to drink and, when she refused, they tried other things to mentally destabilize her so they could record her having a meltdown.

Leah’s claims were backed up by fellow RHUGT Housewife Brandi Glanville, who said she was pressured to drink in Morocco. TheRHOBH star was hospitalizeddue to stress she received during filming of RHUGT Season 5.

Caroline Manzo, a RHONJ star, also filed alawsuit over similar claims, saying: “[They] regularly ply the ‘Real Housewives’ cast with alcohol, cause them to become severely intoxicated, and then direct, encourage, [or] allow them to sexually harass other cast members because that is good for ratings.”

Leah would be coming fully prepared in court, as she chose to be represented by Adelman Matz and a law firm that previously won a $4 million defamation case for Cardi B.
