Following the Solo Leveling delay, MAPPA’s new anime is sadly going on a brief hiatus, leaving the entire community disappointed.
Bucchigiri?! is an originalanimefrom MAPPA that has introduced us to the world of Arajin and his friends. A boy who wants to make some female friends in his new school gets involved with a group of delinquents.
When the first trailer of the new anime was released, enthusiasts started comparing it with Tokyo Revengers. However, after its premiere episode, we learned that except for the delinquent culture, the series is a lot different than the popular Tokyo Revengers.
MAPPA’s Bucchigiri?! to get a recap episode instead of Episode 7
BUCCHIGIRI?! will have a recap episode on February 24! The episode 7 airs on March 2!✨More:https://t.co/msUg3BcHwspic.twitter.com/BpsYDq6tXn
The episodic delay news surfaced online, and it obviously disappointed the fanatics. “A recap episode of what? Nothing really has happened,” said one user. “Bucchigiri is my favorite this season. I will be very lonely this week,” said another.
Bucchigiri?! doesn’t have source material, so its originality is something that keeps the anime community on its toes to find out what happens next. While the anime has gained a decent number of viewers, there are several who haven’t yet started watching it. So, a recap might help such an audience to catch up with the events and the interesting characters.
The good thing is that, like with Solo Leveling, we know exactly when Bucchigiri?! Will be returning with a new episode. It’s only a week’s break, which could have been for any minor production changes. So, there’s nothing to worry about, as MAPPA won’t deprive us with new episodes of the series for too long.
